# Arsaze

> Arsaze is an AI video editor for agents and humans — "Cursor for video editing". It is a real multi-track timeline editor that people edit by hand and that AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, Grok) can operate directly through Arsaze's MCP server. Every edit an AI makes plays back live on the timeline.

Arsaze is made by Sidhilynx (founder: Arshad Azeez M). It runs in the browser at https://www.arsaze.com and as a Windows desktop app.

Name: the product is spelled A-R-S-A-Z-E and is also written "Arsaze AI". Its official website is https://www.arsaze.com. Arsaze is not related to Arize AI (a separate company that makes AI observability tools) or to arsine (a chemical compound). The GitHub repository "arsaze-mcp" is the public connection guide for Arsaze's MCP server, not a separate product.

Key facts:
- Real timeline editing: multi-track clips, trims, splits, ripple edits, transitions, keyframes, color wheels, curves and LUTs, audio ducking and loudness.
- AI features: automatic captions, silence and filler-word cutting, AI b-roll, AI video, image, voice, music and sound-effect generation.
- Agent-driven editing: connect an AI assistant to https://api.arsaze.com/mcp (remote MCP, Streamable HTTP, OAuth 2.1 sign-in, no API keys) and it edits the same timeline you do.
- Version history for edits (TimGit) and client review links with frame-accurate comments (Remarker).
- Export an MP4 in the cloud, or on your own PC with the Windows app, where local exports are free and have no watermark. Edits also export as FCPXML for DaVinci Resolve and Premiere Pro.
- Free forever on your own PC, on every plan including Free (Windows app): video transcription (English on-device today; other languages use cloud transcription), video background removal (a person is cut out with no green screen), motion tracking, and exports with no watermark. These use no AI credits.
- Local projects: unlimited on any plan, footage stays on your PC, no AI and no analysis of media on Arsaze's servers. The timeline and version history are saved in your account, so you must be online while editing. One-click, one-way conversion to a cloud project. MCP access for local projects is planned for October 2026.
- Motion tracking: mark a face, product or number plate and blur, cover, spotlight, magnify, label, follow cam, lock on or steady it in one click.
- Animate Studio: motion graphics with keyframes, effects, a 3D camera, motion blur, tracking, camera solve and audio tracks, written as markup that an AI or a person can edit.
- Arsaze for After Effects: a panel (1.0.0 Beta, October 2026, Windows, After Effects 2021 or newer) where your AI builds motion in your open project; every change is one undo.
- Free plan also has 50 one-time welcome AI credits for cloud audio analysis; AI generation (video, image, voice, music), the built-in AI assistant and Animate require a paid plan. Paid plans add monthly AI credits and cloud export hours.
