Installing on Windows
Arsaze for Windows is a new app, so the first time you run the installer Windows SmartScreen may show a blue “Windows protected your PC” screen and list the publisher as “Unknown publisher”. That’s expected for newer apps, and it only appears once.
- 1Open the installer you downloaded.
- 2If the blue screen appears, click More info.
- 3Click Run anyway and follow the installer.
Check that your download is genuine
Every release has a unique fingerprint. Open PowerShell in your Downloads folder and run:

The Hash it prints should be exactly:

Yes, in the desktop app. A person is cut out of the clip on your own computer, with no green screen, on every plan and with no AI credits. In the browser it runs in the cloud and needs a paid plan.
A project whose video, audio and images stay on your computer and are never uploaded. AI still edits it with you, the in-app assistant or your own assistant, and you can turn that off for any project. The timeline and its version history are saved in your account, so you need to be online while you edit. You can create unlimited private projects and convert one to the cloud in one click.
Windows SmartScreen shows that screen for newer apps it hasn't seen downloaded many times yet, and it lists the publisher as "Unknown publisher". It appears once, when you first run the installer. Choose More info, then Run anyway. If you'd like to be certain the file is ours, check its fingerprint with the steps on this page before you run it.
Smart App Control is a stricter Windows 11 setting that only allows apps Microsoft already recognizes, and it has no "Run anyway" option. While it's on, the Arsaze app can't be installed on that PC. Arsaze works fully in your browser at arsaze.com, with cloud export. You can check the setting in Windows Security, under App & browser control, then Smart App Control.
Yes. Exports rendered on your own computer are free on every plan, don't count against your export hours, and have no watermark.
Your projects and clips live in your Arsaze account, and the app fetches exactly what each export needs while it renders. If the connection drops for more than a minute or so, the export stops safely and you can start it again.
Some antivirus tools are cautious about new apps. If you downloaded the installer from arsaze.com and its fingerprint matches the one on this page, it's genuine. Allow it in your antivirus, or contact support@arsaze.com and we'll help.
Yes, as a beta for macOS 14 Sonoma or newer, on Macs with Apple silicon (M1 and later). It isn't signed by Apple yet, so the first time you open it macOS asks you to allow it: open System Settings, then Privacy & Security, and choose Open Anyway. New versions are downloaded from this page while the beta lasts.
Yes, in your phone's browser at arsaze.com, with cloud export. The apps for Windows, Mac and Linux are the ones that export on your own device.
