Yes. The AI employee, the video editor you can message in Slack or Instagram, is included in every paid plan and uses the same credits as the editor. If you only want the employee, buy a credit pack instead of a plan and pay as you go, with 50 GB of storage. See the AI employee page for how it works.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, with the new limits and credits available right away. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Visual analysis of your uploads is free too, so you can find shots by what is in them. Cloud transcription (in the browser, or for other languages), AI generation (video, image, voice, music and sound effects) and the built-in AI tools in the cloud, including the AI assistant, Animate and background removal in the browser, need a paid plan or a credit pack. Buying a credit pack on Free switches you to pay as you go: those tools unlock and each one uses your credits.
On paid plans, AI credits cover generative work: video and image generation, voiceover, music and sound effects, the AI assistant, AI-assisted edits and cloud transcription. Everything that runs on your own computer in the desktop app, visual analysis of your uploads and everyday editing such as cutting, trimming, arranging and previewing never use credits.
Exports rendered on Arsaze's servers count toward your monthly rendering allowance, measured by the time the render takes. Exports rendered in the desktop app run on your own machine and do not count.
No. Credits from top-up packs never expire. They carry over from month to month and are used once your plan's monthly credits are spent.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We accept UPI, major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express), net banking, and international cards.
