1. Acceptance of terms
Arsaze (www.arsaze.com) is developed and owned by Sidhilynx, an MSME-registered startup based in Chennai, India ("Arsaze", "Sidhilynx", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Arsaze, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate account information (name, email, password) and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the footage, images, and audio you upload, and of the video, image, audio, and animation content you generate on Arsaze. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and render that content solely to provide and improve the service to you.
4. Content analysis is opt-in
Uploaded media is analyzed by our AI agent only when you explicitly request analysis (e.g. by tapping "Analyze"). Without that, smart AI features that depend on understanding the contents of a clip are not available for that upload, but the file can still be used for standard editing and rendering.
5. Use of generated content to improve our models
Content you generate on Arsaze using our AI tools (AI-generated images, video, audio, and animation) may, after remaining in our inventory for more than three (3) days, be used by us to analyze, train, build, and improve Arsaze's own AI models. Your raw uploaded files are never used for this purpose, regardless of how long they are stored. We do not use your content for any other party's training or for purposes unrelated to operating and improving Arsaze.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Arsaze to generate or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, or that violates the rights of others, including unauthorized use of someone else's likeness or voice, or content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise harmful.
7. Our platform and software
Arsaze's software, including the editor, timeline, preview player, and every underlying algorithm, model, and design, is our proprietary property and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted by these terms, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, or otherwise attempt to extract or derive the source code, object code, or underlying ideas of the platform, nor use automated means to access, index, or replicate any part of it. Nothing in these terms grants you any right, title, or interest in Arsaze's software or brand beyond the limited right to use the service as intended.
8. Third-party AI providers
Some features are powered by third-party AI and cloud infrastructure providers (including but not limited to cloud hosting providers, AI/LLM APIs, and external AI generation platforms). These providers process data as needed to fulfil your requests, subject to our Privacy Policy. Output quality and availability may depend on these third parties.
9. AI-generated output
Video, image, voice, and animation output produced by Arsaze's AI features is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing or distributing it, and for ensuring your use of it complies with applicable law.
10. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor (such as Stripe). Credit-based usage (rendering, generation, model access) is described on the Pricing page.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time; see our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled after deletion.
12. Limitation of liability
Arsaze is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Arsaze after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
