1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Arsaze, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of the footage, audio, and projects you upload or generate. You grant us a license to process, store, and render that content solely to provide the service.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Arsaze to generate or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, or that violates the rights of others, including unauthorized use of someone else's likeness or voice.
4. Our platform and software
Arsaze's software, including the editor, timeline, preview player, and every underlying algorithm, model, and design, is our proprietary property and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted by these terms, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, or otherwise attempt to extract or derive the source code, object code, or underlying ideas of the platform, nor use automated means to access, index, or replicate any part of it. Nothing in these terms grants you any right, title, or interest in Arsaze's software or brand beyond the limited right to use the service as intended.
5. AI-generated output
Video, voice, and avatar output produced by the editing agent is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Credit-based usage (rendering, generation, model access) is described on the Pricing page.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time.
8. Limitation of liability
Arsaze is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
