About
Add a logo, badge or picture to a video with this free online video overlay tool. Choose a PNG or JPG image, place it in a corner or the centre of the video, and set its size and how see-through it is. It works with MP4, MOV, WebM and MKV videos.
The image stays in the same place for the whole video. Size Scale sets its width from 10% to 60% of the picture, and Opacity sets how solid it looks, from 10% to 100%. A PNG with a transparent background keeps its see-through edges, so the image sits on the video without a box around it. The preview updates as you change each setting.
Click Apply Overlay to make the new video, then click Download Overlay Video to save it. The sound from the original is kept. The video and the image are processed in your browser and not uploaded, and the tool adds no mark of its own.
How to use the Video Logo & Image Overlay

Choose the base video
Drop an MP4, MOV, WebM or MKV file on the page, or click to pick one. This is the video the image will be placed on.

Choose an image
Under Overlay Image / Logo, click Choose PNG/JPG Overlay and pick your image. Click Change to swap it for another.

Place and size it
Under Placement & Scaling, pick Top-Left, Top-Right, Bottom-Left, Bottom-Right or Center. Then set Size Scale and Opacity while you watch the preview.

Can I add a watermark to a video?
Yes. Use a PNG with a transparent background as the watermark, pick a corner, and lower the Opacity to make it subtle. The tool adds no watermark of its own, so the only image on the video is the one you choose.
Can I put one video on top of another video?
No. This tool places a still image over the video. The overlay is an image, not a second video.
Does the overlay change during the video?
